This Privacy Policy explains how Graded Games (“Graded Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit gradedgames.io and its subdomains or subscribe to our newsletter (the “Service”). We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. We collect:
Information you provide to us
- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Communications — any information you include when you email us or otherwise contact us.
Information collected automatically
- IP address — recorded at the time you sign up, and in server logs, to confirm consent, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain security.
- Technical and usage data — such as browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and general (city/country-level) location inferred from your IP, collected through standard web-server logs and any analytics we use.
- Email engagement — our email provider may record whether messages are delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can operate and improve the newsletter.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data, and we do not ask you for payment card details on this Service.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) needed to operate the site, remember basic preferences, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Service. 7.Data Retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to honor unsubscribe/suppression requests and to meet legal obligations. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails and may retain a minimal record (such as a suppression entry) to ensure we do not email you again. Server logs and technical data are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics and are then deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Graded Games operates from, and uses providers located in, the United States and potentially other countries. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12.Do Not Track
The Service does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no common industry standard for them has been adopted. We nonetheless limit tracking as described in this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
